Job Role: Teacher / Tutor
Responsibilities:
- Teach assigned subjects to students
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials
- Explain concepts clearly and patiently
- Conduct tests, exams, and evaluations
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain attendance and academic records
- Guide and motivate students for better performance
- Communicate with parents (if required)
Requirements:
- Graduation / Post-Graduation in relevant subject
- B.Ed (preferred for school teachers)
- Good communication and teaching skills
