Job Role: Field Service Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites for installation, service, and maintenance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance
- Install and configure hardware/software systems
- Provide technical support and demonstrations to customers
- Maintain service reports and daily work logs
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Requirements:
- Diploma / ITI / BE / BTech (preferred, depends on field)
- Basic technical knowledge (electronics / IT / telecom / CRM systems)
- Willingness to travel locally
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Basic computer and reporting skills
