Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, emails, or chats
  • Answer customer queries and provide solutions
  • Resolve complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain customer records and call logs
  • Follow up with customers for issue resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th / Graduation (preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers politely
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
