Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, or chats
- Answer customer queries and provide solutions
- Resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and call logs
- Follow up with customers for issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th / Graduation (preferred)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely
